Product refund & Exchange Policy  7 days from the date of Delivered Products. For Return customers want to raised requests within 2 days. For exchange customers want to raised request within 7 days. Create refund or exchange request from registered email address to help@clothji.com or Call on +91-7600626220

If Received Defective or Wrong Products from our side you get Full amount of Refund. Refund Processed once we Received products at our locations. In Some cases Reverse Pickup not Pin code not available customer liable to Self Ship to our address.

Once raised refund request our Executives approved the request within 2 to 4 Days. Once the Request is approved.

If any reason like color issues or you don not like products So that 2 Options available for returns 

  1. Self ship to our address & You get full amount of Refund.  OR
  2. Pickup Arranging from our side   & delivered at our Werhouse. In that case We Deducted Rs 150 Handling Fees from your refund amount.

 

If Revers pick up is not available in your Pincode then  A customer MUST return the delivered product to our office - for receiving the Refund. The Refund will be issued within 2-3 days of receiving the product back - in good condition. Only the product price, which the customer paid while purchasing the product, shall be refunded.

Ones you place Exchange this order is not eligible for refund and exchange

Once we received the product our address Quality Control staff checks these products. Apart from anything not as per products as previous conditions Like Price tag, box, packing conditions we CAN NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PROCEED REFUND.

In a usual Returns situation, the customer would have to bear the Return shipping cost – of sending the product back to us.

The Shipping charge levied on delivery will not be refunded against any order.

Bulk Order That has more then 2 quantity that can only return at 50% items. full order not returnable

All Products returnable Except CUSTOM STITCH Products.

 

REFUND PROCEED ONCE WE RECEIVED PRODUCTS. REFUND USUALLY TAKE 2 to 3 DAYS FROM RECEIVED PRODUCTS.

CLOTHJI.COM ALLOWS YOU TO TAKE THE DECISION OF CANCELLING AN ORDER, SHOULD YOU WISH TO DO SO. HOWEVER, WE SINCERELY URGE AND REQUEST YOU ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION TERMS –

 

You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated - by sending an email to help@clothji.com Mention the reason for the email and order number in the email's Subject Line.

If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure canceling it within Five hours of placing the order.

If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.

Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be canceled.

In case, you have canceled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement - you will be issued refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.

Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be canceled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.

If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured, or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand canceled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by either side.
