You can call for cancelling & Returning your order.

 

FEBIFY.IN ALLOWS YOU TO TAKE THE DECISION OF CANCELLING AN ORDER, SHOULD YOU WISH TO DO SO. HOWEVER, WE SINCERELY URGE AND REQUEST YOU ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION TERMS –

 

You can raise a cancellation request with your order number clearly stated - by sending an email to help@clothji.com Mention the reason of email and order number in the Subject Line of the email.

If you wish to cancel an order, please ensure cancelling it within Five hours of placing the order.

If you cannot do so immediately, ensure raising the cancellation request before the order is moved for procurement.

Order once moved for procurement CANNOT be cancelled.

In case, you have cancelled an order within two hours of placing it or before it has been moved to procurement - you will be issued refund within 7 days of cancellation of order.

Order once shipped from our warehouse CANNOT be cancelled, but if you are unsatisfied with your order upon delivery, you can raise a Return request.

If due to unavoidable circumstances, or situations beyond our control, your order is not processed, cannot be procured or is not shipped to you within a certain time, the order shall stand cancelled, and the entire amount will be refunded to you; no liability shall be incurred by the either side.
